Filling in the pot holes on the Falcon Field and Track

The football field is full of potholes. I would like to fix the football field so that anyone that uses it will be safe. I would also like to fix the track.  The track is full of dirt now and needs to be paved. The track is open to the public and needs a nice finish added to enhance the look of the track as well as making it a healthier walk tool for the user. I would like to buy the materials needed and hire someone to do the work and teach the students  at the same time a skillful trade with thier hands. In otherwards the teacher and the students will do the work to the field and the track.
